Last year, a well-known light electric vehicle brand conducted a public tender in order to provide replacement services for old batteries from the original lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries for customers who had already purchased electric vehicles. We bid for this project and set up different programs according to their different models of electric vehicles. After several rounds of bidding, our company finally won the project.

We offered four different LiFePO4 battery packs based on the original size and data of the electric vehicle( Specific models are listed in the table below). These battery packs all use CALB brand new A grade lithium iron phosphate cells, and are equipped with BMS. Through a series of pre-installation and operation tests, in January of this year, the electric vehicle company officially launched the lead-acid replacement lithium battery service. Informed by the electric vehicle company to the customers, we will provide lithium battery and replacement services, and provide a five-year warranty. In addition to the existing models, we offer a customization service for customers who want to increase the battery capacity and get more driving range.

Due to the same capacity of the battery, lithium batteries are smaller than lead-acid batteries, naturally reducing the weight of the body itself. Lithium batteries also last longer, previously 2 to 3 years to change the battery, after replacing it with lithium batteries, it can be used for 5 to 6 years.

Once this service was launched, it was well received by customers. We have made phone calls to customers who have replaced their batteries, and they generally responded that they feel good in use, have sufficient power, have increased mileage, and have reduced charging frequency.

The electric car company is also very satisfied with the effect of this service, and is ready to gradually replace its electric cars with lifepo4 battery packs. We will start a deeper cooperation from now on and work together to provide better service to our customers.
