1.Appearance Model

Most of the lithium iron phosphate battery cells of EVE are blue aluminum case. Currently there are many battery cells on the market are blue aluminum case, now let’s look at the difference between them and EVE cells from the appearance.

The picture is one of the hottest selling cells of EVE: LF105,3.2V 105Ah lifepo4 battery cell. As you can see from the picture, his upper cover plate is white, the black terminal is positive, the gray terminal is negative, positive and negative with screw holes, you can use screws and busbars to connect. In the middle of the positive and negative poles is a round blue explosion-proof hole, and next to the positive pole is the battery QR code. The positive and negative terminals of the battery cells have a protective cover respectively, with the red cover on the positive terminal and the black cover on the negative terminal, with EVE printed on the cover. This cover is also unique to the EVE battery, which can be clearly distinguished from other battery cells. EVE’s battery cells are basically the same in appearance except for the 280ah, its upper cover is black.

2.Battery Performance

Regarding the performance of the battery, the electrical performance graph is more intuitive. The following are the electrical performance graphs for different models:

3.Packaging

As shown in the picture, EVE’s cells are usually packed in cartons, 16 cells in a carton (6 cells in a carton for 280ah capacity cells), and each cell is fixed and separated by a paper card. For large volume shipments, we usually use carton plus pallet packaging with a finished product shipment report.

 

4.Transportation And Storage Requirements

  • The battery should be packed in a carton for transportation in a charged state (30%~50% SOC), and should be protected from severe vibration, impact or extrusion, and from sun and rain during transportation.
  • The battery should be stored (more than 1 month) in a clean, dry and ventilated room with an ambient temperature of 0℃~35℃. Charge and discharge the battery every 6 months and store the charge state (30%~50% SOC).

5.Cautions

  • When charging and discharging the battery, ensure that there are conditions for monitoring and protecting the battery voltage, current and temperature.
  • Please keep the battery away from heat source, fire source and other heating and corrosive environment such as strong acid and strong alkali.
  • Do not short the battery or install it incorrectly at any time.
  • Do not mix batteries of different models or different manufacturers.
  • Do not use external force to make the battery fall, impact, puncture, do not disassemble the battery or change the external structure.
  • When the battery is not used for a long time, please keep the battery charge at 30%~50% SOC and avoid being in strong direct sunlight or high temperature and high humidity environment.
  • When handling the battery, protective devices such as rubber gloves are required.
  • If the battery is leaking, smoking or broken, please stop using it immediately and contact our company to deal with it.
