Lithium ion battery module automatic production line

LYTH Battery(Luo Yang TianHuan energy technology Co., LTD) adhere to the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management systems, and our products comply with export certifications such as UL, CE, and UN38.3. We have automated battery module production lines capable of producing 300 sets of battery modules per day. We can take on large-scale OEM and ODM projects. In addition, we are equipped with a 6KW laser welding machine, OCV and ACR testing machines, tensile testing equipment, laser welding metallographic testing machines, DCIR, and EOL automated testing equipment, among others.

The battery module production line is mainly divided into

• Cell testing and cleaning and stacking areas;
• Laser cleaning, laser welding and inspection area;
• Module top and bottom mounting and dimensioning area.

Production Line Tempo：12PPM, Annual production capacity is 1.2 GWH per line.
